I’m Chloe Norman, a creative thinker, designer, and illustrator - and I run Chloe Norman Studio, a curiosity-fuelled design studio. I work with global brands and agencies as a strategic design partner, while also leading projects for independent businesses across lifestyle, hospitality, and wellness.
 

Design for me starts with asking better questions. I’m drawn to ideas that invite exploration - whether through narrative-led illustration, thoughtful branding, or visual systems that flex seamlessly across touchpoints. My approach balances strategy with experimentation, creating work that’s considered, expressive, and built to connect with real people.
 

Over the years, I’ve shaped a practice that blends big-picture thinking with hands-on making - helping brands clarify who they are, how they show up, and how their stories are told visually.
 

And if you’re wondering where the curiosity began: it’s been there for a while. Back at university, I threw myself into a final-year project exploring the impact of phones on our lives - exaggerating their influence and, at one point, making some gigantic felt hands (very niche, I know). That project earned me the Intellectual Curiosity Award. At the time, I wasn’t entirely sure what that meant - but it turns out it describes exactly how I still work today: digging deeper, pushing ideas further, and seeing how something can be explored visually in unexpected ways.
 

Outside of work, you’ll find me experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen with my boyfriend, strength training at the gym (finally nailed my first pull-up!), documenting little moments in my sketchbook, or enjoying good food and even better company with family and friends.
